Swim Lessons
For 2024, the CRC will train several lifeguards as certified Red CrossWater Safety Instructors. These instructors will be qualified to teach swim lessons, sometimes with assistance from an additional lifeguard staff. The CRC offers swim lessons for Little Minnows (age 6+ months), Big Minnows (ages 2 years +), beginners group lessons ages 3-5 and ages 6-and up, and intermediate lessons ages 6 and up. A lifeguard is on duty at the pool during lessons. We offer both group and private lessons. Most lessons are offered Mondays through Saturdays, during both morning and afternoon pool times.
We look forward to offering swim lessons again in 2024. Check out the Summer Activities booklet for descriptions of the classes, and the summer schedule.
